Notice Of Need For Corrective Action. If Tenant is of the opinion that there is objectionable interference to its Telecommunications Activity, and that another tenant is under obligation to correct said interference, it may, without prejudice to its other remedies, give written notice to Landlord and the Responsible Tenant(s). The Responsible Tenant shall, within three (3) days of receiving such notice (or such longer period as consented to in writing by Tenant), comply with the provisions set forth herein regarding corrective action for objectionable interference. If the Responsible Tenant fails to respond as required, then the rights granted by Landlord to the Responsible Tenant shall terminate as to the interfering Telecommunication Activity.

  • Corrective Action The NAVITAIRE Account Manager shall monitor corrective action and report to the Executive Sponsors. In the event that Minimum System Availability Targets are not met during the Reporting Period, the NAVITAIRE Account Manager shall initiate corrective action during the subsequent Reporting Period. NAVITAIRE shall, at its own expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the deficiency in order to meet future Minimum System Availability Targets.
