Notice of Non-Compliant Work. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Contract Documents to the contrary, in order to minimize delays in the completion of the Project, the CM/GC shall continue working while responding to a Notice of Non-Compliant Work and shall continue working while protesting any decision by the Design Professional or the Owner.
