Notice of Objection to Union Expenditures. The Union shall provide an annual written notice to each nonmember who will be required to pay an Agency Fee. The notice shall include: 1. The amount of the Union’s dues and the Agency Fee; 2. The percentage of the Agency Fee amount that is attributable to chargeable expenditures and the basis for this calculation; 3. The amount of the Agency Fee to be paid by a nonmember who objects to the payment of an Agency Fee amount that includes nonchargeable expenditures. Any employee who is required to pay an Agency Fee may object to the payment of an Agency Fee amount that includes nonchargeable expenditures, and challenge the calculation of the nonchargeable expenditures. An Agency Fee objection must be filed with the Union within thirty (30) days following distribution of the annual written notice.
