Common use of Notice of Occurrences Clause in Contracts

Notice of Occurrences. 17.01. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord of (a) any occurrence in or about the Premises for which Landlord might be liable, (b) any fire or other casualty in the Premises for which Landlord is required to maintain insurance or is otherwise material, and (c) any material damage to or defect in any part or appurtenance of the Building’s sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises or any part thereof, if and to the extent that Tenant shall have knowledge of any of the foregoing matters.
