Notice of Payment. The Note Trustee shall give notice to the relevant Noteholders in accordance with Note Condition 14 of the day fixed for any payment to them under the Ninth Schedule. Such payment may be made in accordance with Note Condition 7 and such payment so made or made by the Note Trustee to the New York Paying Agent for such purposes shall be a good discharge to the Note Trustee.
