Notice of Potential Withdrawal. Prior to withdrawing, a Planning Party intending to withdraw (“Withdrawing Party”) from this Agreement shall provide written notice to the other Planning Parties and ColumbiaGrid stating that it intends to withdraw from this Agreement and setting out the reasons for its withdrawal.
