Promptly notify the Agent in the event that the Borrower shall purchase any real estate or enter into any lease of real estate or of equipment material to the operation of the Borrower's business, supply the Agent with a copy of the related purchase agreement or of such lease, as the case may be, and if requested by the Agent, execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders a deed of trust, mortgage, assignment or other document, together with landlord consents, in the case of leased property, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Agent, granting a valid first Lien (subject to any Liens permitted under SECTION 5.2.1 hereof) on such real property or leasehold as security for the Financing Documents, all subject to the limitations of SECTION 5.2.17.
