Common use of Notice of Reduction in or Cancellation of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Notice of Reduction in or Cancellation of Coverage. Consultant shall provide written notice to City within ten (10) working days if: (1) any of the required insurance policies is terminated; (2) the limits of any of the required polices are reduced; or (3) the deductible or self insured retention is increased. In the event any of said policies of insurance are cancelled, Consultant shall, prior to the cancellation date, submit new evidence of insurance in conformance with this Section 4 to the Contract Administrator.
