Notice of Redundancy. The employer undertakes to provide the maximum possible notice of the need to make a position(s) redundant or reduce or alter hours, which causes a loss of employee’s income. In all cases however, the minimum period of notice for employees subject to termination or reduction or alteration of hours, which causes a loss of employee’s income, will be 2 weeks.
