NOTICE OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. A. Contractor acknowledges that it has read and understands the reporting requirements of FEMA in Part III of Chapter 11 of the United States Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs Financial Guide, and agrees to comply with any such applicable requirements. B. The Contractor agrees to include the above clause in each third party subcontract financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FEMA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to its provisions.
