Notice of RFSU. 1. Without limitation of any scheduling requirements contained in this Agreement, Contractor shall give Owner one hundred twenty (120) Days’ prior written notice with respect to each Subproject of the thirty (30) Day period during which Contractor expects to achieve RFSU of each Subproject. Sixty (60) Days after such initial notice, Contractor shall give Owner a second written notice specifying the seven (7) Day period during which Contractor expects to achieve RFSU of each Subproject.
