Common use of NOTICE OF SAFETY VIOLATION Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF SAFETY VIOLATION. Each employee is expected to follow all employment risk reduction standards, regulations and orders and is also expected to follow the District’s Safety Rules developed by the Health and Safety Committee and any safety instruction given by a supervisor or building principal. Failure to follow any standard, regulation, order, rule or instruction may result in discipline according to the progressive discipline procedures in Article 16.2.
