Notice of Statutory Exceptions i. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or restrict the Company, any of its affiliates, the Executive or their respective attorneys from: (a) making any disclosure of relevant and necessary information or documents in any action, investigation, or proceeding relating to this Agreement made hereunder, or as required by law or legal process, including with respect to possible violations of law; (b) participating, cooperating, or testifying in any action, investigation, or proceeding with, or providing information to, any governmental agency or legislative body, any self-regulatory organization, and/or pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act; (c) making any other disclosures that are protected under the whistleblower provisions of any applicable law, rule or regulation or (d) accepting any U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission awards. In addition, nothing in this Agreement prohibits or restricts the Company, any of its affiliates, or the Executive from initiating communications with, or responding to any inquiry from, any regulatory or supervisory authority regarding any good faith concerns about possible violations of law or regulation.

  • Waiver of Statutory Rights To the extent permitted by law, Mortgagor hereby agrees that it shall not and will not apply for or avail itself of any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension or exemption laws, or any so-called “Moratorium Laws,” now existing or hereafter enacted, in order to prevent or hinder the enforcement or foreclosure of this Mortgage, but hereby waives the benefit of such laws. Mortgagor for itself and all who may claim through or under it waives any and all right to have the property and estates comprising the Property marshalled upon any foreclosure of the lien hereof and agrees that any court having jurisdiction to foreclose such lien may order the Property sold as an entirety. Mortgagor hereby waives any and all rights of redemption from sale under any judgment of foreclosure of this Mortgage on behalf of Mortgagor and on behalf of each and every person acquiring any interest in or title to the Property of any nature whatsoever, subsequent to the date of this Mortgage. The foregoing waiver of right of redemption is made pursuant to the provisions of applicable law.
