Notice of Sublease. In the event that the Lessee subleases the Aircraft pursuant to Section 5(b)(x) of the Lease, it shall give notice of such sublease to each of (i) Xxxxx'x Investor Service, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Corporate Rating Division (facsimile no.: (212) 533-1607) and (ii) Standard and Poor's Rating Agency, 00 Xxxxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (facsimile no. (000) 000-0000).
Notice of Sublease. Lessee shall give to Standard & Poor's a copy of any notice regarding a sublease of the Aircraft required to be given to the Mortgagee pursuant to Section 7.2.7(a) of the Lease, at the time such notice is given to Mortgagee, if at such time Standard & Poor's is then rating the Pass Through Certificates.

Notice of Sublease. A notice of this Sublease (and any amendment hereof) shall be executed by the Sublessor and the Sublessee and recorded, at the Sublessee’s expense, in the land records of the jurisdiction in which the Property is situate.
Notice of Sublease. Subtenant agrees that it will not record this Sublease. However, Sublandlord and Subtenant shall, upon the request of either, execute, acknowledge, and deliver a recordable notice of this Sublease. If this Sublease is terminated before the expiration of the Sublease Term, Sublandlord and Subtenant shall execute and deliver an instrument in form suitable for recording acknowledging the date of termination of this Sublease.
