Notice of Subsequent Employment. Employee shall, for a period of one (1) year after the termination of employment with the Company, notify the Company of any change of address, and of any subsequent employment (stating the name and address of the employer and the title and duties of the position) or other business activity. The Employee further agrees that the Company may, following termination of the Employee's employment for a period of one (1) year, communicate with the Employee's new employer for the purpose of informing the new employer of the existence of this Agreement and providing the new employer with a copy of this Agreement.
