Common use of Notice of Successor Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, ParentCo and the Corporation shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to each Holder specified in a List. If ParentCo or the Corporation shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of ParentCo and the Corporation.
