Common use of Notice of Successor Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor Trustee as provided herein Patch and Exchangeco shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such Trustee hereunder to each Shareholder at the address of such Shareholder shown on the register of Shareholders of Exchangeable Shares. If Patch or Exchangeco shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten (10) days after acceptance of appointment by the successor Trustee, the successor Trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of Patch and Exchangeco.
