Notice of Surplus to School. (a) Teachers declared surplus to school shall be notified in writing by April 14th. (b) The letter shall state that the sole reason for being declared surplus to school is due to a decline in enrolment at a school or a change in the school’s organizational plan and the teacher’s placement on the joint seniority list.
