Notice of Syndicated Borrowing. The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent notice (a "Notice of Syndicated Borrowing") not later than (x) 11:00 A.M. (New York City time) on the date of each Base Rate Borrowing and (y) 1:00 P.M.
