Common use of Notice of Taking Clause in Contracts

Notice of Taking. In the event Grantor’s Property, or a part of either thereof, shall be the subject of any condemnation proceedings or the subject of any eminent domain proceedings, and if any Party shall receive actual notice of such proceedings, the Party receiving such notice shall notify the other Party of the existence of such proceedings. Such notification shall occur within thirty (30) days after the receipt of such notice.
