NOTICE OF UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. If Maintenance Operations are liable to affect the Contract and are not likely to be scheduled in advance by the Storage Facility Manager within the time limit stated in article 8.2, the latter undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and notifies the Customer of the Daily Available Injection and Withdrawal Capacities on the Day concerned.
