Common use of Notice of Violations Clause in Contracts

Notice of Violations. Each Party will notify the other Party in writing within ten (10) business days of obtaining knowledge of any criminal investigation, indictment, information or charge by any governmental entity (or communications indicating that the same may be contemplated) related to the other Party or any of the other Parties’ directors, officers, employees, vendors, agents, or Business Associates.
