NOTICE PERIOD FOR ABANDONMENT OF CONTRACT. Either party shall be entitled to abandon the contract after serving three month notice in writing to the other party regarding abandonment of contract. However, the successful Tenderer who is handling the contract shall have to continue the work even after expiry of the notice period of three months till an alternative arrangement is made by the Institute. No compensation of claim in the event of such abandonment shall be admissible to the successful Tenderer.

Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not limit either of the parties’ remedies for any breach of this Agreement.

It documents the mutual rights and obligations on the delivery of gas by the Supplier on the basis of one or more successful tenders in the OGE call for tenders for fuel gas.
