Wherever there is a conflict between the provisions of the Instructions to Tenderers under Section II and the provisions of the appendix, the provisions of the appendix prevail.

Instruction to Tenderers. 1. Sealed Tenders should be submitted in the original document only to the office of the Director, BMHRC, Bhopal by registered/Speed post or by dropping in the tender box kept for this purpose in BMHRC Office premisses only in two parts as under, failing which the Tender shall be treated invalid and shall not be considered.
