Notice To All Prospective Contractors. 86.1.1. Local Law No. 34 of 1991 became effective on September 10, 1991 and added Section 6- 115.1 of the Administrative Code. The local Law provides for certain restrictions on City Contracts to express the opposition of the people of the City to employment discrimination practices in Northern Ireland to promote freedom of work-place opportunity.
