Notice to AmeriCorps. The recipient will notify the appropriate AmeriCorps Portfolio Manager immediately of any developments or delays that have a significant impact on funded activities, any significant problems relating to the administrative or financial aspects of the award, or any suspected misconduct or malfeasance related to the award or recipient. The recipient will inform the AmeriCorps Portfolio Manager about the corrective action taken or contemplated by the recipient and any assistance needed to resolve the situation. Recipients must also ensure that they comply with the mandatory reporting requirements for suspected criminal activity or fraud, waste or abuse as specified in section III. I.
