Common use of NOTICE TO BUYER Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO BUYER. Seller shall notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the Property, or any portion thereof; (ii) receipt of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the Property, or any portion thereof; (iii) receipt of notice from any governmental authority relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Property, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the Property, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; (iv) receipt or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; (v) receipt of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; (vi) a change in the occupancy of the leased portions of the Property; or (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof.

Seller shall notify Notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: : (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (ii) receipt of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (iii) receipt of notice from any governmental authority or insurance underwriter relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Property, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the Property, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; ; (iv) receipt or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; ; (v) receipt of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (vi) a change in the occupancy of the leased portions of the Property; or ; (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof.;

Seller shall notify Notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: : (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (ii) receipt of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (iii) receipt of notice from any governmental authority or insurance underwriter relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Property, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the Property, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; ; (iv) receipt or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; ; (v) receipt of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (vi) a change in the occupancy of the leased portions of the Property; or ; (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof.; or

NOTICE TO BUYER. Seller shall notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the PropertyPremises, or any portion thereof; (ii) receipt of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the PropertyPremises, or any portion thereof; (iii) receipt of notice from any governmental authority or insurance underwriter relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the PropertyPremises, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the PropertyPremises, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; (iv) receipt or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; or (v) receipt of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; (vi) a change in the occupancy of the leased portions of the Property; or (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof. Seller shall promptly provide Buyer with copies of any and all correspondence received from or sent to tenants regarding the Leases.

NOTICE TO BUYER. Seller shall notify Notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: : (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (ii) receipt of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (iii) receipt of notice from any governmental authority or insurance underwriter relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Property, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the Property, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; ; (iv) receipt or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; ; (v) receipt of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (vi) a change in the occupancy of the leased portions of the Property; or intentionally omitted; (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof.; or

Seller shall notify Notify Buyer promptly of the occurrence of any of the following: : (i) a fire or other casualty causing damage to the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (ii) receipt by Seller or its agent of notice of eminent domain proceedings or condemnation of or affecting the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (iii) receipt by Seller or its agent of a notice from any governmental authority or insurance underwriter relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Property, or any portion thereof, or any real property adjacent to any of the Property, or setting forth any requirements with respect thereto; ; (iv) receipt by Seller or its agent or delivery of any default or termination notice or claim of offset or defense to the payment of rent from any tenant; ; (v) receipt by Seller or its agent of any notice of default from the holder of any lien or security interest in or encumbering the Property, or any portion thereof; ; (vi) a change in the occupancy receipt of the leased portions of the Property; or (vii) notice of any actual or threatened litigation against Seller or affecting or relating to the Property, or any portion thereof., which might affect Buyer or the Property were Closing to be completed;
