Common use of Notice to Chapter Clause in Contracts

Notice to Chapter. At least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the time the President of Xxxxxxxxxx College officially recommends the layoff of faculty members, the Chapter shall be notified of such contemplated recommendation. At the request of the Chapter, the President or his designees shall meet with the Chapter, at reasonable times, to discuss such recommendation, and the reason(s) therefore.
