Common use of NOTICE TO CHFFA Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO CHFFA. Grantee shall promptly give notice in writing to CHFFA of any pending or threatened action related to the Project in which the amount claimed is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Grantee shall promptly give notice in writing to CHFFA of any uninsured or partially uninsured loss related to the Project through fire, theft, liability, or otherwise in excess of an aggregate of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
