Common use of NOTICE TO CLIENTS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO CLIENTS. Provided that the term of this Contract is at least one year in duration, within 180 days after the effective date of this Contract, the PROVIDER shall create written procedures for the orderly termination of services to any clients receiving the Required Services under this Contract, and for the transition to services supplied by another provider upon termination of this Contract, regardless of the circumstances of such termination. These procedures shall include, at the minimum, timely notice to such clients of the termination of this Contract, and appropriate counseling.
