Common use of Notice to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Notice to Future Employers. Employee agrees to provide to any subsequent, anticipated, and/or contemplated employer an executed copy of this Agreement and to provide written notice to the Company of such event occurring within two (2) business days after such event. These requirements shall cease only after the expiration of the Prohibited Term and/or required by law expire. During the Prohibited Term, Employee authorizes the Company to provide an executed copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to, Employee’s subsequent, anticipated, and/or contemplated future employers.
