Common use of Notice to Note Holder Clause in Contracts

Notice to Note Holder. If any of the loan is not repaid in accordance with the above schedule, or if any portion of the loan remains unpaid upon termination of my employment, I authorize the University of California to deduct the unpaid balance from sums due to me from the University of California without notice. I also agree that if the net amount of my final paycheck is insufficient to repay the loan, I will repay the remaining balance in accordance with the terms established by the University of California. Further, I authorize the University of California to withhold all verification of residency or clinical fellowship from any inquiring institution until the unpaid balance is paid.
