Notice to Other Parties and WECC’s Chief Executive Officer. To initiate the dispute resolution process with respect to a dispute governed by the provisions of this Appendix C, the Member or WECC that has elected to initiate the dispute shall deliver to all other parties to the dispute and to WECC’s Chief Executive Officer (whether or not WECC is a party to the dispute) written notice invoking the dispute resolution procedures set forth in this Appendix C (a “Dispute Notice”).
