Notice to School Officials. Where a patrol plan requires an officer periodically to enter onto school grounds, the (police department) shall advise the appropriate (school building principal and local chief school administrator). It is understood and agreed that any portion of a patrol plan disclosed to school officials in accordance with this subsection shall be kept strictly confidential.
