Notice to Subsequent Employers. For a period of two years after termination of his employment with the Company, Employee will inform any prospective new employer (before accepting employment) of the terms of this Agreement. In addition, it is agreed that the terms of this Agreement are not confidential, and that the Company may disclose the provisions of this Agreement, without any liability whatsoever, to any person, including, without limitation, one that is engaged in a business relationship with Employee, and may indicate that it is believed that Employee is in violation of this Agreement.
