Notice to Future Employers. If Employee’s employment hereunder terminates for any reason, (i) Employee shall, during the one (1) year period after the effective date of such termination, inform any subsequent employers, business partners or colleagues of the existence and provisions of Sections 11.1 and 11.2 of this Employee Agreement and, if requested, provide a copy of such Sections of this Employee Agreement to any such employer, business partner or colleague; and the Company may, at any time, notify any future employer, business partner or colleague of Employee of the existence and provisions of Sections 11.1 and 11.2 of this Employee Agreement.

Notice to Future Employers. If Executive, in the future, seeks or is offered employment, or any other position or capacity with another company or entity, the Executive agrees to inform each new employer or entity, before accepting employment, of the existence of the restrictions in Paragraph 9. Further, before taking any employment position with any company or entity during the 18-month period described in Paragraph 9, the Executive agrees to give prior written notice to the Employer, including the name of such company or entity and confirming in that notice that he has provided a copy of Paragraph 9 to such new employer or entity.
Notice to Future Employers. Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will notify the Company in writing of any subsequent occupation whether as owner, employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, independent contractor, or the like, and his duties and responsibilities in that position. Further, Executive agrees that during said period, he will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and the terms of the restrictive covenants and confidentiality restrictions contained herein. Executive acknowledges that during said period the Company shall have the right to contact, independently, any potential or actual future employer of Executive to notify it of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement and provide such employer with a copy of this Agreement. The Company shall also be entitled, at its election, to notify any such actual or potential employer of the Company’s understanding of the requirements of this Agreement and what steps, if any, the Company intends to take to ensure compliance with or enforcement of this Agreement. Failure of the Company to avail itself of the benefits of this subsection shall not in any way affect its right to obtain enforcement of any provision of this Agreement.
Notice to Future Employers. Employee agrees to provide to any subsequent, anticipated, and/or contemplated employer an executed copy of this Agreement and to provide written notice to the Company of such event occurring within two (2) business days after such event. These requirements shall cease only after the expiration of the Prohibited Term and/or required by law expire. During the Prohibited Term, Employee authorizes the Company to provide an executed copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to, Employee’s subsequent, anticipated, and/or contemplated future employers.
Notice to Future Employers. I agree that during my employment with the Company and for the period of one (1) year following the termination of my employment with the Company for any reason, I will inform each prospective new employer I may have, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement, and I shall provide each prospective employer with a copy of this Agreement. I also agree that the Company has the right to independently contact any potential or actual future employer of mine to notify the future employer of my obligations under this Agreement and provide such future employer with a copy of this Agreement.
Notice to Future Employers. For the period of two (2) years immediately following the end of Associate’s employment with the Corporation, Associate will inform each new employer, in writing, prior to accepting employment, of the existence and details of this Agreement and will provide that employer with a copy of this Agreement. Associate will send a copy of each such writing to the Corporation at the time the Associate informs each new employer of the Agreement.
Notice to Future Employers. If the Executive leaves the employ of the Company for any reason, (i) the Executive shall, during the Restricted Period, inform any subsequent employers or business partners of the existence and provisions of Sections 6(b) and/or (c) of this Agreement and, if requested, provide a copy of such sections to such employer or business partner, and (ii) the Company may, during the Restricted Period, notify any future employer or business partner of the Executive of the existence and provisions of such sections of this Agreement.
