Common use of Notice to the GOB of BPDB’s Default Clause in Contracts

Notice to the GOB of BPDB’s Default. a) No Termination without Notice to GOB Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the Company shall not seek to terminate this Agreement as a result of any default of BPDB without first giving a copy of any notices given to BPDB under Sections 4.3 and 4.4 to the GOB, such notices to be coupled with a request to the GOB to cure any such default within the same cure period as provided to BPDB hereunder and such cure period to commence upon delivery of each such notice to the GOB.
