Common use of Notice to Trustees Clause in Contracts

Notice to Trustees. Subject to rule 8 of this Schedule, written notice of every meeting shall be either hand-delivered, posted or sent by facsimile or by electronic form to each Trustee at least seven (7) days before the date of the meeting. However, it shall not be necessary to give notice of a meeting of Trustees to any Trustees for the time being absent from New Zealand unless that Trustee has provided details of where he or she may be contacted while overseas. No notice shall be required for adjourned meetings except to those Trustees who were not present when the meeting was adjourned.
