Notice to Union – Merger Between Worksite/ Work Unit. (a) Should the Employer merge, amalgamate, transfer or combine any of its operations or functions from one worksite to another, the Employer agrees to give the Union notice in writing sixty (60) days prior to the implementation of the above. (b) Should the Employer merge, amalgamate, transfer or combine any of its operations or functions from one work unit to another in a manner that has a material impact on the Employees, the Employer agrees to give the Union notice in writing sixty (60) days prior to the implementation of the above.
