NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 15.1 Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Kearsarge Regional School Board, c/o Superintendent of Schools.
15.2 Whenever written notice to the Para-Educators at Kearsarge Support Staff Union is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President of the Para-Educator at Kearsarge (PEAK) at the then current address, and then on file with the Superintendent's Office.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 17.1 Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Inter-Lakes School Board Chairman directly or, Inter-Lakes School Board c/o Superintendent of Schools.
17.2 Whenever written notice to the Inter-Lakes Support Staff Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President of the Inter-Lakes Support Staff Association at the then current address.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 17.1 Whenever written notice is provided for in this Agreement, the notice shall be sent in care of the Superintendent of Schools, Harrisville School District, 000 Xxxxx Xxx., Xxxxx, XX 00000.
17.2 Whenever written notice to the Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President, Harrisville Education Association at the president’s current address. It is the responsibility of the Association to notify the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee of a change in presidents or when there is a change in the president’s address.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 18.1 Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Superintendent of Schools, Fall Mountain Regional School Board, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 or can be delivered in hand to the Superintendent’s Office physical address at 000 Xxxxx 00X, Xxxxxxx, NH 03602.
18.2 Whenever written notice to the Fall Mountain Teachers Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President of the Fall Mountain Teachers Association at their then current address. It shall be the responsibility of the Association to notify the Superintendent when there has been a change in presidents, or whenever there is a change in the address of the president.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. Any notice, consent, or demand required or permitted to be given under the provisions of this Agreement by one party to another shall be in writing, signed by the party giving or making it, and may be given either by delivering it to such other party personally or by mailing it, by United States Certified Mail, postage prepaid, to such party, addressed to its last known address, as shown on the records of the Company. The date of such mailing shall be deemed the date of such mailed notice, consent, or demand. In the case of notice to the Company, notice shall be addressed to the attention of the General Counsel.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 16.1 Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Monadnock Regional School District Board Chairman, 000 Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx 00000
16.2 Whenever written notice to the Monadnock Educational Support Staff Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President of the Monadnock Educational Support Staff Association at his/her current address.
16.3 Either party, by written notice, may change the address to which future written notices shall be sent.

NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Winnisquam Regional School Board Chairperson, 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, New Hampshire 03276.
NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 17.1 Whenever written notice to the Board is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the Chesterfield School Board Chairperson, 000 Xxxxx Xxx., Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx 00000.
17.2 Whenever written notice to the Chesterfield Education Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President of the Chesterfield Education Association at his/her then current address.
17.3 Either party, by written notice, may change the address at which future written notices to it shall be given.
