NOTICE UNDER AGREEMENT. 17.1 Whenever written notice is provided for in this Agreement, the notice shall be sent in care of the Superintendent of Schools, Harrisville School District, 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, XX 00000. 17.2 Whenever written notice to the Association is provided for in this Agreement, such notice shall be addressed to the President, Harrisville Education Association at the president‟s current address. It is the responsibility of the Association to notify the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee of a change in presidents or when there is a change in the president‟s address.
