Common use of Notices, Affidavits, Etc Clause in Contracts

Notices, Affidavits, Etc. Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of (i) any violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of the Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises and shall immediately deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (i) and (ii) above from any source. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.

Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's ’s request therefor concerning Tenant's ’s best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.
