Common use of Notices, Affidavits, Etc Clause in Contracts

Notices, Affidavits, Etc. Either party shall immediately notify the other party of (i) any violation by it, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of the Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises and shall immediately deliver to the other party any notice received by it relating to (i) and (ii) above from any source. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's actual knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises caused by Tenant.
