12.02 If notice, demand, payment or other communication is delivered, or sent by telecopier or email, it will be deemed to have been received, if delivered by hand, on the date of delivery, if telecopied to the numbers set out above, on the business day next following the date of transmission if the machine on which it is sent receives the answer back code of the party to whom it is sent, or if emailed to the addresses set out above, on the business day next following the date of transmission provided that the sender of the email receives back confirmation of receipt of such email from the recipient thereof.
