Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager for a period of up to one year. Each adopted Program and Budget, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once a year at the annual meeting of the Management Committee. During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget, and at least two months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Management Committee.
Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager for a period of one (1) year or any other period as approved by the Management Committee, and shall be submitted to the Management Committee for review and consideration. All proposed Programs and Budgets may include Exploration, Pre-Feasibility Studies, Feasibility Study, Development, Mining and Expansion or Modification Operations components, or any combination thereof, and shall be reviewed and adopted upon a vote of the Management Committee in accordance with Sections 6.2 and 8.4. Each Program and Budget adopted by the Management Committee, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once a year at a meeting of the Management Committee. During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget, and at least one (1) month prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Management Committee for review and consideration.

Proposed Programs and Budgets for the Property shall be prepared by the Operator for a period of one year, or any shorter period, or a longer period if approved by the Management Committee. Each adopted Program and Budget for the Property, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once a year or at the end of the Program, whichever is earlier, at the annual meeting of the Management Committee. During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget, and at least three months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Operator and submitted to the Participants.
Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager and shall be for six (6) month periods or longer periods not to exceed one (1) year. Each adopted Program and Budget, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once per year at the annual meeting of the Management Committee. Notwithstanding whether a portion of a previous period’s Program and Budget is being carried forward to fund activities continuing beyond the current year, at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting of the Management Committee, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Participants. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the proposed Program and Budget, the Participants may submit written comments to the Manager detailing revisions or modifications that they would like to have made to the proposed Program and Budget. If such written comments are received, the Manager, working with the other Participant, shall seek for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) days to develop a revised Program and Budget acceptable to both Participants. The Manager shall submit any revised proposed Program and Budget to the Participants at least five (5) days prior to the annual meeting of the Management Committee.

Except for the Initial Program and Budget, which shall be adopted as provided in Section 10.1, the Manager shall (i) prepare proposed Programs and Budgets covering a period of one (1) year or any other period approved by the Management Committee and (ii) submit the same to the Management Committee for consideration. Proposed Programs and Budgets may include Exploration, Pre-Feasibility Studies, Feasibility Studies, Development, Mining and Expansion or Modification Operations components, or any combination thereof, and shall be reviewed by and adopted upon a vote of the Management Committee in accordance with Article VIII and Section 10.4. Each Program and Budget adopted by the Management Committee, regardless of the period it covers, shall be reviewed at least once annually at a meeting of the Management Committee. During the period covered by any Program and Budget, and at least two (2) months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Management Committee for review pursuant to this Section 10.3.
Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager for such period as the Manager, in its reasonable discretion, shall determine. Each adopted Program and Budget, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once a year at a meeting of the Management Committee. The Manager shall prepare and submit to each Participant and the Management Committee prior to September 30 of each year a proposed Program and Budget for the following year or as often as otherwise desired by the Participants. Each such proposed Program and Budget shall be in a form and degree of detail sufficient to allow the non-Manager to make a reasonably informed determination concerning participation therein.

Proposed Programs and Budgets will be prepared by the Managing Director after consultation with the Shareholders for any period as considered reasonable by the Managing Director. Each adopted Program and Budget, regardless of length, will be reviewed at least once a year at a meeting of the Board. During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget and at least 3 months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the following period will be prepared by the Managing Director and submitted to the Board.
Presentation of Programs and Budgets. During the Sole Funding Period, Programs and Budgets shall be prepared for such period as AEM may determine. Thereafter, proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the General Manager for a period of twelve months or any other reasonable period determined by the General Manager. The first Program and Budget after the Sole Funding Period shall be prepared by the General Manager at such time as it considers appropriate. During the budgetary period encompassed by any Program and Budget and at least two months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding budgetary period shall be prepared by the General Manager and submitted to each of the Shareholders.

Subject to Section 8.5, proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager for a period of twelve months or any other reasonable period determined by the Manager. The first Program and Budget is attached hereto as Schedule l. During the Budgetary Period encompassed by any Program and Budget and at least two months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding Budgetary Period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to each of the Participants.
