Common use of Notices Final Clause in Contracts

Notices Final. Upon the expiry of any notice as is referred to in Conditions 6.2, 6.3 or 6.4 above, the Issuer shall be bound to redeem the Notes to which the notice refers in accordance with the terms of such Condition.
