Notices Final. A notice of redemption given pursuant to any of Conditions 5(b), 5(c), 5(d), 5(e), 5(f) or 5(g) shall be irrevocable and upon the expiry of any such notice, the Issuer shall be bound to redeem the Securities in accordance with the terms of the relevant Condition.
