Any notice, payment, or submittal given under this lease shall be deemed as received: upon delivery by hand; five (5) days after deposit in the United States mail with first-class postage affixed and sent to the addresses listed below; or, when sent by email, on the next business day. Changes of address shall immediately be given in accordance with this subsection. All payments required under this lease shall be submitted to State at its Division office. Any notice or submittal given under this lease shall be sent to State at its Region Office.
