Notices Regarding Tax Rates. The State Treasurer shall request that the Department promptly advise the State Treasurer, the Trustee and the Issuer of any adjustments in State or local retail sales or use tax rates applicable with respect to retail sales within the Redevelopment Project Area and any adjustments to the Issuer's share of the retail sales and use tax of Johnson County, Kansas; provided, that until the Trustee is advised regarding any such adjustments, it shall continue to apply the most recent respective percentages for which it has received advice in determining the State Percentage.
