Examples of STAR bond project area in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the Development Agreement, each owner and tenant of any parcel located in the STAR Bond Project Area shall, simultaneously therewith, or within 10 days thereafter, submit a copy of such return to the Issuer and the Escrow Agent.
