Common use of Notices, Reports and Information Clause in Contracts

Notices, Reports and Information. Grantor will (i) notify the Collateral Agent of any material claim made or asserted against the Collateral by any Person and of any change in the composition of the Collateral or other event which could materially adversely affect the value of the Collateral or the Collateral Agent's Lien thereon; (ii) furnish to the Collateral Agent such statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports and other information in connection with the Collateral as the Collateral Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail; and (iii) upon request of the Collateral Agent make such demands and requests for information and reports as Grantor is entitled to make in respect of the Collateral.
